No. The covenants state: "Declarant reserves the rights to amend, delete, revise, or otherwise alter any portion of this declaration; however, that right is subject to approval by Nettle Creek Country Club Estates Limited Partnership." The Limited Partnership no longer exists. The Homeowners Association has consulted two (2) separate attorneys and they both agree the only way to change the covenants would be to have 100% approval of ALL lot owners and lien holders.

County has revealed no second amendment.

The HOA Board of Directors do not tour the neighborhood looking for violoations. If you have a violation concern, please contact a member of the Board of Directors and they will address the violation utilizing the process outlined in the By-Laws.
There shall be no outside storage of garbage containers, trash, refuse, vehicles, watercraft, or firewood on any residential lots.
No, above ground swimming pools are prohibited by the covenants. All in-ground pools
